Program Description:
Day
1 Arrival transfer from
the airport or bus station to the hotel. In the afternoon visit
the Colonial city of Sucre with its convents, church, museums
and squares. The museum of Recoleta, San Lazaro Church, Santa
Clara and the native art museum ASUR are part of the city tour.
Overnight at best available hotel
Day 2 Breakfast. After
Breakfast, land transportation to Cal Orck’o quarry,
located 5 km from the city, here you will appreciate the variety
of footprints of prehistoric species.
A great discovery that contribute to the study of Dinosaurs.
Afternoon private transportation to the city of Potosi.
Overnight at best available hotel
Day 3 Breakfast. We start the morning visiting a mine, which
still in exploitation, continue visiting La Casa de la Moneda,
walking through colonial streets visit the convent of Santa Teresa
converted into a museum of colonial religious and republican
art. Convent of San Francisco which dates since 1548, this was
the first cloister built in South America.
Note: Our
services end in Potosi, from this point you can continue to
Uyuni or return to Sucre. Please ask for the option that you
are considering.
Departures: Daily
Departure point: Pick up from airport or bus station, at the
time your flight or bus arrives Sucre.
Return: Leave at your hotel in Potosi, overnight of day 3 is
not included.
